I Am the Real Daystar Episode 1

Series details

Thirteen years ago, the world knew me as Daystar—the only Sovereign-class metahuman alive. After destroying an interdimensional hive and learning I was pregnant, I gave up my armor, my name, and my glory to build a quiet home with my husband Gavin and our daughter Lily. Instead, Gavin spent thirteen years worshiping Daystar while despising the housewife sleeping beside him. Lily learned to look down on me too. Then Veronica Shaw appeared wearing my stolen armor, claimed my name, and became the hero my husband adored and the “mother” my daughter chose in public. Gavin handed Veronica my classified Dominion Core shard with his own hands, even spending Lily’s college fund to help her regain power. That was when I stopped sacrificing myself for people who never valued me. I filed for divorce, left the Morgan house, and entered the Metahuman Authority’s Power Ranking Trials. When I revealed that I was the real Daystar, Gavin and Lily still blamed me for hiding the truth. Veronica’s stolen identity was finally exposed by old battlefield footage, but she seized the complete core and triggered a disaster across Silver Ridge. I defeated her—not to prove who deserved the name, but to save the people she was willing to sacrifice. Veronica was sentenced to life confinement, and Gavin lost his research credentials and place in the Authority. Lily asked for another chance, but I refused to stand still waiting for anyone to change. I built my own rescue center, trained new metahumans, and returned to protecting the world on my own terms. I did not take back the life I had abandoned. I took back my dawn."
