I Called the Police This Time Episode 1

Series details

This is a satisfying revenge short drama with a rebirth theme, set in a wealthy family feud. The story opens with full-throttle conflict: heroine Lindsay, having been reborn, is only three days postpartum after a cesarean section when her ex-husband Cole breaks into the maternity center ward at midnight with his mistress Natalie. Joined by bribed staff, they attempt to forcibly take her child away. Unlike her weak and submissive self in the previous life, Lindsay now holds clear logic and a tough attitude. She stays sharp-witted throughout the ward confrontation, pressing forward with consecutive questions and forcing her opponents into a corner. She exposes the mistress's hypocritical "innocent" disguise on the spot, calls out the maternity center supervisor's biased favoritism, and confronts the powerful oppression of her wealthy ex-husband head-on. Every word strikes hard, with non-stop satisfying plot twists, perfectly shaping a contrasting heroine who is "physically weak but has an unbreakable spirit". It tells a revenge story of the heroine turning the tables against the odds, protecting her child and taking down the unfaithful man and his mistress.
