I've become my ex's secret lover Episode 1

Series details

An explosion and a web of lies tore Clara and Cain apart five years ago. Now, Clara struggles alone to care for her gravely ill daughter, Amy—while Cain, the CEO of a security group, suffers from synesthesia caused by a brain injury: every woman’s scent triggers his headaches, except Clara’s. Cain finds Clara at a club and keeps her close, intending to humiliate her. But time with Clara and little Amy begins to melt his hatred. Cain’s fiancée Isabelle and her lover Julian forge medical records and trick Clara into a fake “liver donation” to save Cain’s mother—a scheme to harvest the liver and kill her. Clara and Cain expose the plot. Cornered, Isabelle takes Amy hostage, but Clara fights back. A gunshot ignites leaked gas, collapsing the villa—and Cain digs Clara out with his bare hands. With all truths revealed, they begin a happy new life with Amy.
