KNEEL TO DIVINE MIGHT Episode 1

Series details

A blind goddess hid her divine identity to repay a mortal’s kindness — yet mortal greed and arrogance forced her to unleash her devastating true power. In a desolate Aegean temple dwells the blind goddess Medusa, living under the mortal alias Helena. To repay old Earl George for rescuing her golden serpent from a deadly fire, she swore a sacred pact. For one year, she would offer her divine blood to cure the Fitzgerald family’s incurable genetic sepsis, sealed by a serpent badge. The year’s final day falls on new Earl Julian’s wedding and succession ceremony. Blind to the truth, Julian boasts of his full recovery, crediting modern medicine instead of Helena’s sacrifice. He despises the blind dwelling guest, deeming her a disgrace to his noble status. His bride Olivia and sister Adelaide torment Helena out of vanity and jealousy, even gifting her funeral black robes at the wedding to curse and humiliate her — only to be stunned by her unmatched noble grace. When Olivia catches Helena dripping golden divine blood into tea, she foolishly brands her a lying fraud who controls the family with dirty blood. As Julian arrogantly claims full family power and demands all servants kneel before him, the powerful Duke of Somerset bursts in. To everyone’s shock, the supreme noble kneels straight before Helena, begging for her divine blood to save his dying infant son. Shattered and humiliated, Julian suffers a brutal sepsis backlash after three days without divine treatment, his body rotting rapidly. Helena offers salvation, but Olivia smashes the antidote. Instant divine punishment strikes, pinning Olivia’s knees hard on broken porcelain, leaving her bloodied. Unrepentant and vicious, Julian draws a blade, attempting to stab Helena’s blind eyes out of revenge. Amid thunder and lightning, a golden giant serpent phantom coils the manor. Helena lifts her veil, opening her blazing, destructive golden god eyes. Frozen in terror, Julian turns entirely to stone, forever trapped in his greedy, ugly sin.
