Love missed the deadline Episode 1

Series details

The female lead and her best friend were involved in a car accident, both sustaining severe heart injuries. The heart originally matched for the female lead was insistently transferred to her best friend by her husband and parents. Learning she had lost her chance of survival, she refused to wait for another heart transplant and only asked for strong painkillers, with merely three days left to live. Over those three days, her parents kept blaming her while taking the friend’s side. Her husband not only filed for divorce but also demanded she abort her unborn child to keep the friend calm, and she agreed to all of it quietly. The female lead walked alone to the beach and died of organ failure. It was not until the police notified them that her family learned the truth — the friend had long schemed to seize everything she had. After the scam was exposed, the friend lost all wealth and favor. She lingered on for two years with the female lead’s heart and eventually died miserably from organ rejection. Plunged in overwhelming guilt and agony, her parents and husband begged for forgiveness, yet her soul had long found peace, walking away into eternal freedom with no turning back.
