Married to the Max-Level Esper Episode 1

Series details

To save her late father's fast-food diner from being seized by her vicious uncle, mortal girl Elara, at her wit's end, "hired" Silas — a broke runaway street magician — for fifty dollars and eloped with him. What she didn't know was that this poor husband of hers was actually the Shadow Monarch, ruler of the underworld and invincible in battle. After marriage, Silas hid his true identity, using heaven-shattering powers to do Elara's chores, beat up thugs, and even forced top shadow assassins to become cleaning ladies and renovation crews, sparking a series of hilarious daily misadventures. As the uncle teamed up with Silas's arrogant fiancée Seraphina from the supernatural world to frame them, Silas was forced to reveal god-tier powers to save his wife in a life-or-death crisis, blowing his cover completely. The massive class divide drove Elara to flee in despair, yet the lofty Silas unhesitatingly abandoned his throne of power and set out on a grueling wife-chasing quest as a mere mortal. In the final, desperate moment of a forbidden-artifact explosion, Silas forcibly dropped his god-tier shield and took a lethal blow for Elara with pure flesh and blood, completely shattering her defenses. The two reconciled, and at the coronation ceremony, Silas — in front of the entire supernatural world — took his wife's hand and rode off on a beat-up tricycle to "elope," willingly returning to be her exclusive fast-food dishwasher.
