My Electric-Leaking Hammer Episode 1

Series details

Set in a modern fantasy metropolis with rigid class hierarchy, the story follows Ethan, a marginalized underclass drifter who endures endless humiliation and oppression from arrogant noble knights. Unknown to all, he is the illegitimate demigod son of Thor, whose divine power and memories have been sealed by the conservative gods of Asgard. For years, he survives with an old, rusty hammer mocked as worthless scrap iron by the upper class. When the highly anticipated Temple Knight Trials begin, Kael, a talented and arrogant noble knight, publicly humiliates Ethan and forces a deadly duel to crush his dignity completely. Pushed to the brink of death by unfair suppression, Ethan’s dormant thunder bloodline awakens. The ordinary rusty hammer bursts with terrifying divine lightning, saving him from fatal danger and creating a stunning upset. With the secret help of Luna, a kind and just noble lady who defies class prejudice, Ethan unlocks his thunder power step by step. He defeats elite noble opponents one after another in the trials, sweeping across the competition and shocking the entire city with his incredible counterattacks. However, his rising strength draws the attention of the corrupt Asgard gods. Ethan soon uncovers a shocking truth: the mortal trials are never a fair competition, but a cruel trap designed by the conservative divine forces to eliminate all scattered demigod descendants. Framed as a heretic, he becomes the target of a city-wide manhunt. After enduring countless sieges and life-or-death battles, Ethan fully awakens his Mjolnir and complete Thor divinity. Finally, he smashes the unjust class system of the mortal world, defies the oppressive rule of the old gods, breaks the monopoly of divine power, and rises as the new thunder god ruling the Nine Realms. Yet a mysterious crack emerging in the divine realm hints at an even greater upcoming crisis.
