Series details

By day, Lily Harper is invisible: a brilliant physics student cleaning an elite university football locker room to pay for her mother’s cancer treatment. By night, she becomes “Vicky,” the soothing voice of Midnight Whisper, a radio show for lonely hearts. Her most devoted listener is Chase Morgan—Harrington’s golden-boy quarterback and billionaire heir. Haunted by anxiety and insomnia, he calls anonymously as “Ace.” He never guesses his midnight soulmate is the girl he clashes with every day. In public, they’re enemies. On air, they fall in love without knowing the truth. When Chase notices impossible similarities between Lily and Vicky, suspicion becomes obsession. Jealous sorority queen Brooke plots Lily’s downfall; Chase’s powerful father threatens her family and tries to control his future. Then Brooke exposes Lily’s secret to the whole school. With nowhere to hide, Chase takes the microphone and confesses: he is Ace—and he chooses Lily. But the championship game nears, and Chase faces his worst anxiety attack. Using sound and acoustics, Lily must guide him through the chaos. Can the overlooked girl save the golden boy—and prove love can break through wealth, status, and every secret?
