My Ex Can't Stop Loving Me Episode 1

Series details

Married for three years, Wall Street titan Lucian and his wife Seraphina had never once laid eyes on each other. At a banquet orchestrated by Seraphina's scheming stepmother, the two were manipulated into spending the night together. The morning after, Lucian threw a check at her in contempt—then immediately had his lawyer send divorce papers to his "unknown wife." To pay the astronomical medical bills for her grandfather at a private New York hospital, Seraphina took on Lucian's exclusive hotel design project in the Hamptons under the alias Chloe. During the collaboration, sparks flew—Lucian became utterly captivated by the talented designer Chloe. But at the same time, he was waging a financial war against his "greedy ex-wife" Seraphina—cutting off her funding and crushing her businesses to force her to sign the divorce papers. Seraphina was trapped on every side: her stepmother and stepsister were devouring her trust fund, and Lucian's childhood friend Rosalind—who had noticed his growing interest in Chloe—hired people to sabotage her studio. Lucian was ruthlessly destroying his "ex-wife" while pouring every resource into protecting the designer Chloe. With her grandfather's treatment about to be cut off, Seraphina was pushed to the edge. Desperate, she went to Lucian's mother with a positive pregnancy test and begged for a loan—and was coldly turned away. Heartbroken, she was walking through Manhattan when Rosalind's staged car accident sent her bleeding into the street. Outside the emergency room, the nurse delivered the critical prognosis—"mother and child both at risk." Lucian rushed to the hospital. And on the critical condition form, he saw the name of the woman he had systematically destroyed. His wife. Seraphina.
