My Grandma Laid Every Trap Before She Left Episode 1

Series details

Evelyn was at the reading of her grandmother’s will when she caught her husband Dominic openly accompanied by her best friend Isabella. At that moment, she was eight weeks pregnant. It turned out that Dominic’s family coveted her grandmother’s multi-billion-dollar baking empire and hidden capital, and colluded with Isabella to scheme against Evelyn. Having foreseen everything, her grandmother had pre-recorded videos and preserved all evidence, publicly exposing the plots and misdeeds of Audrey, Philip, Brooke and the rest, meting out punishment to each of them one by one. Shortly afterward, Arthur, chairman of the trust’s board of directors, stepped forward and revealed that her grandmother held a staggering 2.7 billion dollars in assets, all designated solely to Evelyn as the sole beneficiary. Later, Evelyn learned that her parents had not died in an accident, but were murdered by the tycoon Simon—and Dominic was a pawn he had planted beside her. In the end, armed with all the evidence, Evelyn united all relevant parties and brought Simon to justice. Having endured betrayal and countless upheavals, she took over her grandmother’s business and embarked on a new life with her unborn child.
