Neon Throne Bound by the Syndicate King Episode 1

Series details

In the neon-drenched sprawl of New York, 2187, corporate empires have replaced nations, and power belongs to those ruthless enough to seize it. Ryo Ashford, the cold and calculating emperor of the Ashford Corporation, rules from his two-hundred-story tower with an iron fist—a cybernetically enhanced Alpha feared by all five syndicate families. Elliot Cross is a street-level hacker and underground neurosurgeon scraping by in the city's acid-rain-soaked underbelly. When a desperate scheme brings him into Ryo's orbit, he finds himself entangled in a fake contract—posing as Ryo's lover to serve the emperor's hidden agenda. What begins as a transactional charade quickly spirals into something neither man anticipated. As Elliot navigates the glittering and treacherous world of the corporate elite, he becomes a pawn in a larger game: a power struggle between Ryo and his own arrogant son Kai, a brewing nanotech arms race, and a conspiracy that threatens to bring the entire Ashford empire crashing down. The tension between Ryo and Elliot deepens from cold convenience into genuine heat, forcing the untouchable emperor to confront the one thing he never prepared for—vulnerability. From clandestine black-market surgeries to high-stakes parliamentary trials, Elliot must decide whether the kingpin who owns half the city can ever truly belong to anyone. And Ryo must choose between the throne he built and the hacker who dared to see the man beneath the machine.
