Next Door Neighbor: Spying Yet Obsessed With Me Episode 1

Series details

In New York, Jiang Yu, a once-wealthy young man fallen into bankruptcy, meets Ansel Thorne, a top law school student, on a blizzard night. Every chance encounter between them was masterminded by Ansel. He has secretly loved and spied on Jiang Yu for three years, drawing closer step by step under the pretext of being his roommate and secretly guarding him, all to protect Jiang Yu from vengeful debt collectors. After discovering countless private photos taken of himself, a devastated Jiang Yu moves out. Ansel confesses their long-buried feud: Jiang Yu’s father defrauded Ansel’s mother of her entire fortune, and three years prior, he pulled Jiang Yu out of a deadly fire. During their confrontation at the airport, Ansel hands over control of all surveillance devices, leaving Jiang Yu free to choose to stay or leave. Torn between anger and lingering affection, Jiang Yu ultimately reconciles with the obsessive Ansel.
