No Escape From the Warden's Embrace Episode 1

Series details

Liam and Noah are ensnared in a conspiracy and imprisoned. To save himself, Noah cruelly betrays his beloved, drugging Liam and delivering him to Adrian, the warden of Iron Peak Prison. Overwhelmed by crippling guilt afterward, Noah suffers a mental breakdown, loses his memory, and is released from prison alone, leaving Liam to endure all the suffering by himself. Trapped in despair, Liam strikes a deal with the cold, obsessive warden Adrian and becomes his secret lover. For three years, he endures in silence and gradually develops tender feelings amid his humble circumstances. Reyes, Adrian’s arranged fiancé, arrives to take up the post of deputy warden. To shield Liam from his family’s surveillance and deadly dangers, Adrian deliberately acts ruthless, breaks their agreement, and sends Liam to the general cell block. Plagued by long-term repression and harsh living conditions, Liam is diagnosed with late-stage brain cancer and loses all will to live. Noah regains his full memories and returns to atone for his sins. He humbly begs and manages to take Liam away, hoping to make amends and spend the rest of their days together. Adrian spirals into desperate obsession, and his hidden deep affection along with his unavoidable predicaments come to light. Bound by his family’s cold, rigid rules and a forced political marriage, every bit of restraint he showed over those three years was meant to protect Liam. During an assassination attempt, Noah sacrifices himself to save Liam and falls gravely injured into a coma. In the end, Noah chooses to step back and let go. Liam and Adrian resolve all their misunderstandings, achieving mutual redemption amid desperate straits.
