Parking Spot and Power Play Episode 1

Series details

Irene Lovell paid 45,000 dollars for a parking spot with a charging station, only to find her neighbor, the Jermyn family, was stealing her electricity. After failed attempts to resolve the issue, Irene installed a wheel lock, which was vandalized as Mrs. Jermyn harassed her. Cutting off power led the Jermyns to demand 15,000 dollars in compensation, backed by Mr. Vernon from the neighborhood committee. Irene gathered evidence, exposing their electricity theft, resulting in their conviction. Meanwhile, her former property manager, Mr. Laxton, sought revenge but unintentionally revealed Mr. Vernon's connection to a criminal gang. In a dramatic turn of events, the illicit network was dismantled. After this ordeal, Irene's career thrived, and she moved to a community with respectful neighbors, ready for a brighter future.
