Rejected by my Alpha, Claimed by a King Episode 1

Series details

In a world of werewolves where destiny and bloodlines reign supreme, Fiona—a talented Alpha-blooded orphan—owes a debt of gratitude to the powerful Bloodfang Pack. When their Alpha, Blake, is shattered by the rejection of his fated mate Jessica, Fiona agrees to a five-year contractual mating bond to stabilize his crumbling psyche and help him heal. For five long years, Fiona devotes herself entirely to being the perfect Luna: managing his household, soothing his moods, and standing by his side with unwavering loyalty. Yet Blake's heart remains forever tethered to Jessica, his destined mate. He never truly sees Fiona, never learns her preferences, never saves her number in his phone. To him, she is little more than a comforting presence, a placeholder until Jessica returns. When Jessica finally comes back—divorced and free—Fiona sees her chance to finally leave. She tricks the distracted Blake into signing the termination agreement and quietly departs to pursue her true calling: training as a Holy Guardian at the Silver Moon Sanctum, a path she had abandoned five years earlier for his sake. Blake initially dismisses her departure as a petty tantrum. But as days turn into weeks and Fiona vanishes without a trace, he is forced to confront a devastating truth: the contract was real, and Fiona never loved him. Everything she did was duty, not devotion. The realization sends him spiraling. Two years later, Fiona—now a full-fledged Guardian—reunites with her childhood friends Bryan and Roxanne. At a scholarly symposium, she crosses paths with Blake again, who has spent two years desperately searching for her. The once-arrogant Alpha is now a broken man, consumed by regret and belated love. But Fiona is unmoved. She has built a new life, one of purpose and freedom, and she wants nothing to do with the man who wasted five years of her life. When Blake's vengeful sister Clara attempts to murder Fiona in a jealous rage, Blake throws himself in front of the poisoned blade, nearly dying to save her. The act buys him nothing but Fiona's pity. In the end, they part ways in the rain—Fiona walking forward into her bright future as a Guardian, and Blake left alone with nothing but seven years too late of regret. A story of love unrecognized, freedom reclaimed, and the cruel truth that some apologies arrive far too late to matter.
