Reunion at Midlife, Like First Sight Episode 1

Series details

Fifty-year-old Irene brought up adopted son Jack for thirty years, only to be pressured by the money-hungry young man into marrying a lecherous businessman. She then hastily married Richard, who introduced himself as a regular security guard, unaware that he was the wealthy chairman of Hudson Consortium hiding his identity to live a quiet life with her. Jealous classmate Linda, along with Richard’s mother and son, wrongly believed she was the chairman’s partner and teamed up with snobbish store employees to bully Irene constantly. Hoping to earn an honest living, Irene planned a snack shop, while Richard secretly supported her without disclosing his fortune. Their relationship fell apart once Irene uncovered his true identity. A DNA test revealed the decades-long secret: Daniel was Irene’s long-lost biological child, whose supposed death was a lie told by her mother. Richard had spent years searching for her. Linda and other malicious people faced their consequences, and greedy Jack was injured in a car crash. Richard transferred most of his assets to Irene, and the whole family finally reunited.
