Series details

In a bleak metropolis mired in gang oppression and rigid class stratification, Elias, a scrappy young slum laborer, toils day and night to scrape together medicine for his gravely ill sister. A twist of fate fuses him with a mysterious alien seed, unlocking superhuman plant powers: rapid healing, telepathic perception, and absolute dominion. When ruthless gang lord Victor brutally harms his sister, Elias casts aside all restraint. Overnight, he unleashes his awakened abilities to shatter the old order. He subjugates former foes, and sweeps through northern outlaws and the central council controlling the city’s lifeline with overwhelming force and a radical new vision. As the ancient Wasteland Cartel and the old rulers’ space legacy plot a counterattack, Elias proves to the city and beyond: true power is rooted in the earth, and the era of the new king is unstoppable.
