she who drank the storm Episode 1

Series details

For five years, Vivian worked as a bodyguard and top lawyer for the Sterling family in New York's underworld. She thought she could win Alistair's heart, but on the day her first love, Sasha, returned home, she was ruthlessly kicked out. To take the blame for the incompetent Sasha, Alistair even forced Vivian to confront Jonson, a powerful figure in both the legal and illegal worlds, and humiliated her at a yacht party. Desperate, Vivian knelt and drank strong liquor to atone for all past grievances and debts, resigned, and disappeared from New York. Freed, Vivian went to Los Angeles on the West Coast to reclaim her true throne as a legal queen, finding redemption and working alongside Christian, the Wall Street mogul who had silently protected her for years. Meanwhile, Alistair, having lost Vivian's protection, suffered a complete collapse of his criminal organization, filled with remorse but ending up penniless and his family destroyed. After weathering a crisis, Vivian finally found true love and redemption within the wealthy elite.
