Sink in Mud, Sink for Her Episode 1

Series details

Chloe Harper, a genius in the food industry, founded "Evening Star Foods" from scratch. At the peak of her career, at her engagement banquet, her fiancé Vincent Sterling and best friend Eileen conspired to set her up—fabricating news of a "poison cookie causing child death" that broke out on the spot. Her engagement ring was torn off in public, her company collapsed overnight, and she went from a successful businesswoman to a "murderer" wanted by the entire internet. With nowhere to turn, Chloe fled to the Tennessee countryside and moved into her grandmother's old rundown farmhouse. The neighbor—a flannel-shirt-wearing, milkmaid farmer named Rachel—didn't despise her notorious name, burned the newspapers full of rumors, pulled her out of the mud, gave her a hot meal, a guest room, and a chance to start over. But no one knows that this "ordinary farmer" is actually Rachel Sterling. She is the founder of the Sterling family, Vincent's adoptive mother, and the most powerful shadow mogul in America. She can freeze an entire family's assets in three minutes, mobilize the French Ministry of the Interior with one phone call, and intimidate three Wall Street capital giants into retreat in twenty minutes—but what she does best is crouching by the flowerbed pruning roses while pretending to do nothing at all. From the Tennessee dirt to the Paris Expo, from being ostracized by the whole town to ringing the Nasdaq bell, Chloe takes everything back step by step with her "Mud Jam." And Rachel uses her capital empire to block every bullet fired at Chloe. When Vincent kneels in court wailing, Chloe says just one word: "Get lost." And when the Paris fireworks fade, Chloe, wearing a haute couture dress and high heels, steps into the Tennessee mud and says to Rachel, who is repairing a fence, "I heard you're short of a live-in cook who makes Italian food?" Rachel drops her hammer, climbs over the fence, and kisses her in the mud. Extreme identity reversal, billionaire protective wife, capital crushing of scumbags, a queen rising from the ashes, Tennessee-mud-flavored GL sweet romance—the pinnacle of modern urban GL revenge fantasy!
