Sins Come Home Episode 1

Series details

Isabella, a powerhouse Wall Street CEO who clawed her way out of the slums to build the mighty Tang Group from scratch, is suddenly hit by a double tragedy: her husband, Arthur, fakes his death and flees after racking up tens of millions in gambling debts, while she herself is struck blind. A year later, Isabella miraculously regains her sight but chooses to feign blindness to bide her time. Surrounding her are those she trusts most: Arthur, now disguised as her chauffeur; Lexi, her personal maid (who is secretly Arthur’s mistress); and her seemingly filial son, Leo. However, Isabella accidentally uncovers a devastating truth: the "Leo" by her side is actually Ethan, Arthur and Lexi’s love child. The real Leo had long since passed away from a severe illness, and a double was brought in to hide his death in a misguided attempt to protect her. A triple betrayal unfolds as the trio conspires to siphon off company assets, squander public funds, and plot a "fatal accident" to kill the "blind" Isabella for a $1 billion accidental death insurance payout. The son she once protected has now become an accomplice in a plot to steal her fortune and take her life. Rising from the depths of despair, Isabella launches a high-IQ revenge scheme. Step by step, she orchestrates her traps: she exposes Lexi’s poisoning attempt and designs a fall that leaves her paralyzed; she feigns a willingness to relinquish power while leaking information about the insurance scam to lure Ethan and Arthur into her net; and she partners with her ally, Sarah, to gather airtight evidence of their identity fraud, asset misappropriation, and insurance conspiracy. Along the way, Isabella recovers her late son Leo's ashes, exposing every lie and crime to the light. Ultimately, Lexi dies in an accident, Arthur is arrested while trying to sell off stolen evidence, and Ethan is abandoned by all, meeting a tragic end. Having reclaimed absolute control of her empire, Isabella lays her son’s soul to rest, lets go of her obsession, and steps into a brand-new life, carrying his memory with her.
