Swapped to a Prisoner, Married to Hades Episode 1

Series details

A dark fantasy revenge romance centered on Moira, a noblewoman who was betrayed and sacrificed by her husband and father in her first life. After being reborn seven days before the fatal wedding, she allows her equally reborn stepsister Lyra to steal the celebrated war hero Arian and instead chooses Darian, a blind prisoner chained beneath the temple. What begins as a calculated marriage for revenge soon reveals a much greater truth: Darian is actually Hades, the betrayed Lord of the Dead, whose divine heart has been shattered into three Underworld Keys. Moira forms a life bond with him, gaining the ability to hear the final words of the dead, open gates to the Underworld, and judge souls—but every use of Hades’ full power consumes part of her lifespan. As she investigates generations of sacrificed brides, Moira discovers that Arian is actually Ares, her father is one of the architects of the sacrificial system, and Zeus has manipulated divine law to steal mortal lives and control death itself. Refusing to remain a bride who is protected, traded, or sacrificed, Moira enters the Labyrinth of Death, earns the authority of an independent Queen of the Underworld, reconciles with Lyra, and ultimately marches on Olympus alongside Hades and an army of forgotten souls. Together they put Ares and Zeus on trial, destroy the old sacrificial order, divide the Crown of Death into two equal halves, and establish a new system in which neither gods nor kings may spend mortal lives without consent.
