Sweet Life after Divorce Episode 1

Series details

Nadine Grote was married for three years. Heather Lytton, Nadine's mother-in-law, humiliated her for being infertile. Actually, it was because her husband didn't even sleep with her. Then her husband's pregnant mistress moved in. For the baby, Heather lied that the mistress was her son's distant cousin and forced Nadine to take care of this pregnant woman. By accident, Nadine witnessed her husband's affair and wanted a divorce. But her husband wouldn't agree unless the deed of her flat was transferred to him. Under such circumstances, she ran away from home. Hit by the car of Simon Grote, her third brother, Nadine was sent to the hospital. Butler Bowen had to visit the Chaucer Family to look for Simon's sister, who had been missing for years. He mistook the pregnant mistress for Miss Grote and gave her luxurious presents. Nadine's mother-in-law was a snob while her husband's greedy mistress impersonated her. Nadine woke up in the hospital and told Simon about her story. Simon recognized her, his lost sister! Just then, Butler Bowen called, saying he found Simon's sister in the Chaucer Family with the jade pendant. Simon sensed something fishy. He called his elder brothers, telling them he had found their sister who was bullied. The three of them brainstormed and planned to make life miserable for the Chaucer Family. During this, Nadine's husband confessed that he didn't sleep with Nadine on their wedding night. Instead, he sold her to another man selfishly. He invited a lecherous businessman. But mistakenly, Curtis Steele broke into Nadine's room and Nadine had his baby. Curtis, the boss of the corporation, was also a close friend of Nadine's brothers. So, Nadine and Curtis, who were once brought together by fate, finally had a happy ending.
