Ten Diamonds Gone: Queen A Never Forgives Episode 1

Series details

Astrid, a legendary Wall Street trader known only as "A," retired two years ago after Cole took a bullet for her—and she became his docile wife, wearing a bracelet of ten diamond chips as a "ten-strikes allowance." But Cole used her quantitative algorithms to earn hundreds of millions while obsessing over his first love Elena. He treated Astrid with cold violence, and when a pot of hot soup spilled, he abandoned his severely burned wife to protect Elena. Her heart finally dead, Astrid filed an uncontested divorce and marital settlement, starting the legal six-month waiting period—and reset the ten diamonds to zero. She returned to Wall Street, seized the war room, and pushed a ten-billion chip merger. Cole, discovering the truth, spiraled into self-destructive atonement: he tore up the restructuring plan in a hearing and paid 300 million to save the patent; he confessed publicly, resigned every post, and withdrew the injunction; in a restaurant he burned his whole arm protecting Astrid. But Astrid stayed merciless, closing in with ally Rhys. In the end, the resentful Elena tried to shoot Astrid; Cole dove in front of the bullet and fell bleeding, offering the last diamond chip and begging her to stay. Astrid kicked it into the drain, signed the merger, and ascended to her billion-dollar throne—while the dying Cole was out of the game forever.
