The Alpha’s Last Regret Episode 1

Series details

I’m Vera, a human girl with no wolf spirit and no scent, taken in by the Blackstone Pack. Leon Grey, the Alpha heir, once renounced his birthright for me, endured ninety-nine lashes, and knelt in the Moon Temple for three days and three nights just to stay by my side. But as time went on, he kept telling me to “wait a little longer.” To secure an heir for the pack, he slept with Evelyn over and over again. They had Lia first, and then Evelyn fell pregnant with Noah. When Lia spiked a fever and coughed up blood, everyone accused me of poisoning her. Standing outside the ice cellar, Leon asked me coldly why I’d hurt “his wolf cub.” At that moment, I finally realized he was no longer the boy who once wanted only me. After that, Evelyn stole my mother’s heirlooms, framed me for harming the pups, had me flogged, forced me to donate blood, and locked me in a room to suffer through fever and starvation. Leon said he loved me every single time, yet he always chose to believe her. I resolved to leave and go somewhere he would never find me. When he rushed back to Grey Manor after finishing his mating ceremony with Evelyn, all he found was a farewell letter from me. The truth eventually came to light. Footage from surveillance cameras exposed every one of Evelyn’s schemes. Leon lost his right to inherit the Alpha position and was exiled to the human world. I also learned the truth about myself: I was not an unwanted orphan. I am Ivy Lancaster, the long-lost daughter of the Lancaster family, separated from them for thirteen years. I no longer wait for anyone to save me. I cleared my name with my own hands and set up a protection fund, granting every human girl sacrificed by the werewolves’ rules the right to walk away.
