The Billion-Dollar Wrench Episode 1

Series details

The top‑tier smart‑vehicle manufacturer Apex welcomes a cold‑blooded new female CEO. To cut costs, she ruthlessly fires Arthur, a veteran mechanic with ten years of service, withholding his severance pay and performance bonuses. She blindly believes highly‑educated engineers and AI can replace everything, unaware that Arthur is the unsung genius holding the exclusive physical calibration parameters for the core robotic arms. After being shown the door, Arthur joins Nova, Apex’s dying rival. With his classified expertise, he secures top‑tier equity and revives the failing enterprise. Meanwhile, stripped of Arthur’s skills, Apex’s production lines turn into useless scrap, facing massive penalty clauses and a stock‑market collapse. By the time the female CEO breaks down and begs for mercy, Arthur returns to Apex bearing an acquisition contract, having achieved a sweeping rise through the ranks.
