The Captain's Roommate Episode 1

Series details

There is an unbreakable iron law in the Cross Football Empire: no woman is allowed to set foot on the football pitch. Nineteen-year-old Hayden Cross was disowned by her father from the family clan, and her mother later died in a distant alien land with no one to rely on. She chopped off her long hair, wrapped her chest tight with bandages, and fought her way back to her father's elite football academy under the identity of the so-called "illegitimate son Knox", vowing to trample that ridiculous bullshit rule to pieces personally on the men's arena. The problem is, her roommate is Sebastian Hale, the most ruthless U21 team captain all across Britain. The reason his heart beats wildly fast has nothing to do with grueling training — it's all because this "male teammate" has unbelievably soft skin, a narrow and slender waist, and looks so breathtakingly beautiful even when sobbing. When the secret is uncovered layer by layer, he never blows her cover. Instead, he drops on one knee on the locker room floor and says, "Marry me." The stepmother's hired assassins, the hidden clauses in the family trust will, the last-gasp winning penalty kick in front of 90,000 audiences at Wembley Stadium — she is not just here to win love, but to rewrite the unfair rule for every little girl who has ever been told that "girls are not fit to play football".
