THE DEAD MAN'S WILL Episode 1

Series details

The Dead Man’s Will is a 42-episode vertical thriller blending corporate conspiracy, psychological suspense, mystery, action, and dangerous slow-burn romance. Emma Kane, the acting CEO of Kane Dynamics, is confronted on the day of her succession by Galen Walker, an elite hitman known as “Mercy.” He claims to be the illegitimate son of Emma’s father, Victor Kane. But Galen has been hired to kill Emma and determine whether she is a “dangerous heir.” When a mysterious will leads Emma into a hidden conspiracy, she discovers that Victor may not have died from cancer ten years earlier. He secretly created HELIX, a behavioral-control experiment designed to manipulate human decisions and test the limits of free will. Forced to work together, Emma and Galen uncover forged DNA evidence, manipulated childhood records, hidden recordings, assassination attempts, secret laboratories, and people whose identities and loyalties are not what they seem. Their investigation slowly turns into a dangerous emotional connection, but Galen’s own memories have been altered, and implanted trigger phrases can force him to turn against Emma. The truth becomes even darker when they discover EDEN, Victor’s hidden facility, where multiple artificial heirs have been created. Emma learns that the man beside her may not even be the original Galen Walker, but an experimental subject carrying implanted memories. In the final confrontation, Emma refuses to play by Victor’s rules. She exposes HELIX, protects its survivors, and takes control of her own identity and future. Victor and his accomplices are finally brought to justice, while Emma and Galen attempt to build a life beyond the experiment. But their freedom may be temporary. An anonymous music box arrives at their apartment, playing an unfamiliar melody—suggesting that another mastermind may still be hiding behind HELIX. At its core, The Dead Man’s Will asks a chilling question: If your memories can be manipulated, can you still trust who you are—and who you love
