The Discarded Heiress Marrying My Lethal Husband Episode 1

Series details

Kaela Moon, framed by her family and forced into a fake marriage with the "invalid" Barron Kaufman, reveals her formidable combat and hacking skills when her family attempts to assault her. This leads to an alliance: Kaela seeks answers about her mother's mysterious death and Project Nightingale, while Barron wants to expose those poisoning him and his grandfather. Kaela infiltrates St. Augustus Academy, confronting Silas Thorne, the project's architect. She discovers her mother, a lead researcher, is not dead but cryogenically frozen, and her father, Harl Moon, is involved. Using her skills and Barron's resources, they expose Thorne's illegal activities and humiliate Kaela's family. Their strategic partnership deepens as Kaela's touch uniquely alleviates Barron's chronic pain, making their bond more than just a contract. They now target the "Viper" network, led by Jenna Moon, to uncover the full conspiracy and rescue Kaela's mother.
