The Don's Fatal Tenderness Episode 1

Series details

Lainey spent seven years loving Leo, yet on their marriage registration day, he dragged her away to wed pregnant Rosalie for power connections. Heartbroken, Lainey accepted a prearranged marriage to Marcus Falcone, the feared East Coast mafia Don, and built a warm family with him over five years, bearing their son Gable and expecting their second child. When she returns to Chicago for a family memorial, she crosses paths with Leo and Rosalie at the airport. Blind to Lainey’s identity as the revered Mrs. Falcone, the pair and their underlings mock, insult and even strike her. At Marcus’s grand welcome gala, Rosalie viciously assaults Lainey, smashes her priceless sapphire bracelet and stabs her when Lainey shields their son Gable. Enraged, Marcus eliminates all those who harmed his family. Cornered and ruined, the desperate fugitive Leo sneaks into Lainey’s hospital room to beg for reconciliation. Lainey finally uncovers the long-hidden truth: Marcus has secretly loved and guarded her for years, and the arranged marriage that pulled her out of despair was all his careful plan. After cutting off all ties with her painful past, Lainey devotes herself wholeheartedly to the husband who cherishes her above everything.
