The Don's Forgotten Wife Episode 1

Series details

Seraphina has been married to Luca Moretti, a crimefamily don, for four years, until she catches him cheating with his mistress Valentina. Valentina is pregnant with his child, while Seraphina is also carrying Luca’s baby. Humiliated and physically hurt, she is thrown out of their home with no property. During a fight, Valentina loses her baby, and Luca blames everything on Seraphina, pressing charges against her. With nowhere to go, Seraphina flees New York for Milan while pregnant. Five years later, she has reinvented herself as Seraphina Castillo, the reclusive and powerful CEO of Castillo Security, one of Europe’s fastestgrowing security firms. She raises her daughter Nicoletta (Nico) all by herself. At an industry summit in New York, she crosses paths with Luca again. Shocked, Luca finds out he has a fouryearold daughter and is desperate to be part of her life. Caught between old wounds and her daughter’s longing for a father, Seraphina stays deeply guarded. Luca tries hard to atone for his past mistakes and earn time with Nico through gifts and company. Yet Seraphina suspects he intends to fight for full custody of the girl. A warning from Valentina pushes their relationship to the breaking point. Only after Luca provides notarized papers renouncing any custody claim does their bond start to heal. As time passes, Luca builds a tender fatherdaughter connection with Nico, setting aside his cold persona as a don. When Nico expresses her wish for a home with both her mother and father, Seraphina chooses to let go of past grief. She gathers the courage to give Luca a second chance and invites him to move in with them. This is no perfect fairytale ending. It tells a story of second chances, forgiveness, and the bravery to trust and heal after being broken.
