The Elevator Interview Episode 1

Series details

It tells the heartwarming story of Silin, a fresh college graduate who suffered repeated failures in job hunting. When she broke down crying in an elevator, she was comforted by Lynn, a cleaner in the office building who handed her a tissue. Deeply impressed by Silin’s politeness and gratitude, Lynn recommended her to AKG, a top-tier company, and Silin was successfully hired for her good character. With ten years of experience as a cleaner, Lynn developed an extraordinary ability to judge people. She successively recommended many overlooked young people to jobs and later became a specially invited talent consultant herself. Growing from a confused graduate to a corporate executive, Silin passed on Lynn’s kindness and promoted inclusive recruitment. Originating from an elevator, the series connects growth and redemption with ordinary kindness, interpreting that true upbringing and worth lie not in resumes, but in the heart
