The Embroiderer's Secret Portal Episode 1

Series details

During a devastating drought‑stricken famine, Old Lady Chen is abandoned by her biased eldest son Yaozu’s family and dies miserably in an abandoned old house. Her final blood awakens a family silver bracelet, sending her back to the eve when she was driven out. Granted the power to travel between two worlds, she trades ancient wild herbs and fine embroideries for modern supplies to save her youngest son’s household. Cutting ties with her eldest son’s branch, she introduces modern embroidery threads and steel needles. Leading her daughter‑in‑law Qiaohui and niece Qingxing, she grows wealthy with double‑sided embroidery. Finally she founds Chen’s Embroidery Workshop, saves the whole village through work‑relief aid, mends her past‑life regrets and embraces a fulfilling new life.
