Series details

Evan Wood, a brilliant scientist, vanished five years ago to join a top-secret 3-nanometer chip research project without a word. Now, he resurfaces, with news of a massive fortune (potentially hundreds of millions) awaiting him. Meanwhile, his wife, Eva Hayes, has been having an affair with the villainous Fred Nash. Together, they had a son and have been abusing Evan's elderly mother and his young daughter, Gail, in his absence. When Fred learns of Evan's return and impending wealth, he manipulates Eva into reconnecting with Evan to swindle him out of his fortune. But when Gail and Jeff are kidnapped by Fred's men, Gail manages to escape and embarks on a desperate journey to find her long-lost father. As Evan returns home, he slowly uncovers Eva and Fred's sinister plot, and when the truth is fully revealed, he ensures they pay a devastating price for their betrayal.
