The Man I Married for a Year is a King Episode 1

Series details

To preserve the mineral estate left by her grandmother before the liquidation deadline, Claire, a gifted jewelry designer, enters a one-year marriage contract with Ron, a man who appears to be a humble carriage driver. In truth, Ron is the hidden ruler of the Adler Empire, which monopolizes Mediterranean trade. Six years prior, he risked his life to save Claire—a heroic deed falsely claimed by her ex-boyfriend Liam. Using the contractual marriage as cover, Ron stays by Claire’s side, secretly cutting off the raw stone supply chain of her antagonists: her stepmother Anna, her younger sister Lucy, and her ex-boyfriend Liam. Climax Showdown: In court, Ron’s true identity is revealed. He fights back against the forged will accusations by invoking the Adler Code. The three villains are finally detained, and Claire regains all her lost property and rights.
