The Prince's Bride, The General's Wife Episode 1

Series details

Duchess Aveline spent three years searching for her fiancé, only for him to return in triumph with a commoner woman, Lilith—publicly breaking off their engagement and trying to seize her military power and her mother's legacy. In desperation, her fiancé's younger brother, Northern Commander Silas, arrives with a hundred thousand cavalry to propose. Aveline tears up the old marriage contract and signs a blood-oath marriage with him. She restarts her mother's Silver Moon Guild, leading war widows and disabled veterans to fight back. Together with Silas, she exposes Lilith as an enemy spy—who used Memoryweed to erase the crown prince's memories. In the end, Aveline reclaims her territory's military power, burns the old marriage contract with her own hands, and is crowned an independent queen. The traitors fall into the hands of the law and endless regret.
