The Trash Princess Is The Dragon Empress Episode 1

Series details

In the kingdom of Aslan, where magic reigns supreme, Princess Rosalind, the eldest royal daughter, was born with undetectable magical power and mocked across the realm as a "useless failure." On his deathbed, the king entrusted her to three adopted companions who had grown up alongside her: Ryan, holder of military command; Evan, master of sacred arts; and Kyle, steward of the royal treasury. They were sworn to protect her, yet they conspired at her coronation to dethrone her, installing Lily—her so-called beloved sister raised in refugee camps—as queen instead. Three searing betrayals wrung three drops of blood-tears from Rosalind, which ignited the Ember Tear, a dark magic stone left by her late father. When Lily crushed Rosalind’s necklace before the entire court in a fit of rage, she inadvertently violently unsealed the ancient dragon sacred blood slumbering within the princess. Rosalind drained the magic of the whole kingdom, and Arthuron, the silver primordial elder dragon dormant for two hundred years, tore through the sky, dropping to one knee to swear fealty to his one true queen. The truth was laid bare to all by the Dragonkin’s All-Seeing Eyes, and every traitor was imprisoned. Yet Lily was revealed to be the daughter of the Black Forest Witch, who colluded with the scheming Grand Duke behind the scenes to stage a prison breakout and launch a counterattack. Worse still, Evan had aided in the late king’s assassination all those years ago. The coronation victory feast would become the ultimate trap: a showdown between the dragon-backed queen and the witch’s rebel faction.
