Series details

Qi Tian, a retired member of the National Special Operations Unit, was returning to his hometown when he stumbled upon a violent assault. Acting on instinct, he intervened and saved Su Yumo, a female CEO who was on the brink of being attacked. However, in the process, he killed Qin Long, the young master of the Qin family, setting off an irreconcilable feud with one of the city's most influential clans. Upon returning to Jiangcheng, Qi Tian discovered that his elder brother, Qi Wen, was passive and overly accommodating. Qi Wen would endure humiliation in silence, even as his wife, Pan Yingchun, and daughter were being bullied by Li Tai, a powerful figure from the southern part of the city, and his family. Outraged by his brother's inaction, Qi Tian stepped forward with unyielding determination, delivering decisive retribution to Li Tai and his family, displaying his unwavering loyalty to those he cared about. Not long after, Qi Tian's sister-in-law, Pan Yingchun, became the target of a malicious scheme. Qin Xiangdong, the company's CEO, conspired with Li Tai to drug and frame her. Qi Tian arrived in the nick of time, thwarting their plan and defeating Qin Xiangdong with swift and decisive action. However, Pan Yingchun succumbed to the drug's influence, leaving her disoriented and helpless. In her delirium, she unintentionally sought Qi Tian's support when they returned home. This unfortunate scene was witnessed by Qi Wen, who misunderstood the situation and, in a fit of anger, drove Qi Tian out of the house. Recognizing his potential, Su Yumo offered Qi Tian a position as her personal bodyguard. At Su Yumo's product launch event, the Qin family patriarch, Qin Tianhu, joined forces with Qin Xiangdong and Li Tai to publicly humiliate Qi Tian. They revealed compromising photos of him and Pan Yingchun in an attempt to ruin both Qi Tian and Su Yumo's reputations. At the critical moment, Qi Tian revealed his National Special Operations Unit credentials, commanding respect and diffusing the tension with his authority and composure. To everyone's surprise, Qi Wen and Pan Yingchun also appeared at the event, publicly clarifying the misunderstanding and issuing a heartfelt apology to Qi Tian. With his composure unshaken, Qi Tian faced off against Qin Tianhu, unraveling and dismantling the Qin family's intricate scheme. In the aftermath of the turmoil, Qi Tian not only earned the understanding and respect of his family but also won the admiration and growing affection from Su Yumo.
