Two-Faced Surgeon Wraith Vows Episode 1

Series details

Leo was once a top surgeon with a promising future, but he suffered a mental breakdown after witnessing his beloved Julian being brutally murdered by the powerful and influential. He forcibly split his consciousness and seamlessly stitched his deceased lover’s personality into his own mind. After being released on parole, he transformed into a demon of vengeance, targeting the four masterminds behind the brutal murder—business tycoon Alexander, film star Victoria, security chief Marcus, and social media influencer Chloe—and launching a deadly game of psychological terror. Leo not only tortured them physically but also exploited their inner greed, fear, and suspicion to turn them against one another. He manipulated Victoria into brutally murdering her former sidekick, Chloe, in an abandoned slaughterhouse; through a forged autopsy report and subtle instigation, he made Alexander kill his own subordinate, Marcus, with his own hands on the operating table. Most cruelly, Leo rescued Victoria from near-death by burning and had her undergo plastic surgery to look exactly like Julian, using her to shatter Alexander’s psychological defenses. In the end, Alexander’s money laundering and dark web crimes were exposed in a live broadcast across the internet, and he was brutally castrated by Victoria. Meanwhile, Victoria—realizing she had been nothing more than a “sacrificial lamb” all along—completely lost her mind and stabbed Leo in the heart with a piece of glass inside the church. Having avenged his grievance, Leo did not flinch; with a smile on his face and love for Julian in his heart, he passed away, finding ultimate liberation alongside the soul of his beloved.
