Understated Guardian King Episode 1

Series details

"Retired special forces soldier Cole Slade—codename “Reaper”—goes into hiding as a security guard to fulfill his fallen comrade Alexander’s last wish: protect his younger sister, Victoria. On Victoria’s wedding day, the groom runs away, the guests vanish, and a carefully planned corporate conspiracy comes to light. When the proud Victoria forces Cole into a fake marriage, they’re pushed into an uneasy alliance against their sworn enemy, Tristan—an ambitious man set on taking over the Kingsley family’s tech empire. As Cole’s lethal battlefield instincts resurface—from a bloody fight in the church to displays of overwhelming power at high-society banquets—they face not only Tristan’s deadly retaliation, but also the shocking truth that Victoria’s uncle, Conrad, is the mastermind. When a bloodstained dog tag reveals what really happened to Alexander, Cole must use the most extreme measures to protect this marriage—born from a lie—through both corporate warfare and gunfire."
