Viking’s Contract Bride Episode 1

Series details

Out of jealousy, Sigrid slips drugs into Astrid and Lord Harald’s drinks, leading to an unintended night together. Astrid falls pregnant and gets exiled from her clan, struggling to raise their son in poverty for seven years. When she secures work at Harald’s fortress, the two sign a fake engagement contract to shield her from relentless bullying. Sigrid repeatedly schemes against them by framing Astrid for theft, fabricating adultery rumors and hiring thugs to harm the young boy. Midway through the story, misleading intel tricks Harald into believing another woman is his long-lost lover, prompting him to terminate the contract and drive Astrid away. A bombshell revelation follows: the two girls were swapped as infants, making Astrid the clan’s rightful heiress. A blood test confirms parentage at the tribal trial. With all misdeeds laid bare, Sigrid is imprisoned. The protagonists scrap their fake agreement and tie the knot in a sacred Viking wedding.
