When The World Crashes Down Episode 1

Series details

Melinda's once-happy life shattered when her hardworking husband, Ruben, was framed by his gambling sister Dina and his employer Landen, receiving a life sentence. Raising their daughter Adelina alone, Melinda pushed her relentlessly, hoping she would become a lawyer and clear Ruben's name. Adelina entered a top university, but fell in love with Felix, Landen's son, causing a painful rift with her mother. Melinda only learned the truth when Adelina became paralyzed and intellectually impaired in a car accident, which turned out to be retaliation for secretly gathering evidence. Consumed by regret, she let go of her vendetta and focused on caring for her daughter. Shortly after, she was diagnosed with late-stage stomach cancer, and her noodle shop was demolished. In their deepest despair, Adelina slowly recovered. Regaining her memory, she worked with Felix to expose Landen's crimes and finally exonerate Ruben. Ultimately, Melinda's cancer diagnosis was found to be mistaken. The family noodle shop reopened, and after enduring profound hardship, they were finally reunited.
