After Divorce,I Became His Stepmother's Bride Episode 1

Series details

Lila, the real heiress who grew up in the countryside, was brought back by the Whitakers to take Scarlett’s place in a business-arranged marriage with the Voss family. On the eve of the wedding, she caught her fiancé Damian having an affair with Scarlett. Heartbroken, she got drunk at a bar and had a one-night stand with a stranger. At the wedding the next day, Scarlett disrupts the proceedings by pretending to be pregnant, and Lila is publicly humiliated. Just as she is at her wits’ end, Victoria—the true power behind the Voss family and Damian’s stepmother—steps forward and announces she will marry Damian in his place. Lila then realizes that the woman she spent the night with was none other than Victoria. Forced to live under the same roof as “mother-in-law and daughter-in-law,” the two gradually grow closer despite the pressure and taboos. Faced with relentless pressure from a scoundrel and a scheming woman, Victoria repeatedly protects Lila, while Lila, through the experience of loving and being loved, learns to fight back.
