Series details Ava Hart is a 26-year-old junior analyst at a Wall Street investment bank. On the rainy night of her divorce, she accidentally saves Lorenzo, the godfather of the Moretti family, who is being hunted by traitors. During the struggle, the dragon-pattern pendant around Ava's neck is exposed, and Lorenzo recognizes it as the keepsake of Isabella, his daughter who went missing twenty-five years ago. He investigates secretly and confirms that the pendant's number, M-17, matches the belongings of his late wife Sofia—yet out of guilt and a desire to protect her, he dares not rush to claim kinship.
Ava's husband Ethan and his assistant Chloe have long been having an affair, and they steal the results of the Vance merger case she slaved over for six months. Ethan forces her to sign a divorce agreement leaving with nothing, freezes her access, frames her for absenteeism, and even drives her out of the company. With Lorenzo's support, Ava enters Moretti Holdings and, through her professional ability, discovers the old capital chain of the port warehousing, gradually winning the recognition of Matteo and others. Meanwhile, the old Scarpa faction and Moretti elder Vincent sense the secret of the pendant, repeatedly testing her, committing arson, and kidnapping Matteo in an attempt to stop Ava from pushing reforms.
After DNA confirms that Ava is Isabella, Lorenzo publicly reveals her identity at the Moretti kinship banquet. Ava publicly exposes Ethan and Chloe's affair, project theft, and rumor-mongering evidence; Ethan kneels and repents, and Chloe ultimately signs a public apology and compensation agreement. Ava does not wallow in revenge, but instead pushes the legalization of Moretti's port lines, cuts off the gray capital, and establishes the Sofia Fund. Adrian Knight, heir to Knight Capital, goes from project collaboration to a public proposal, becoming her ally and partner. After Lorenzo falls ill from old injuries, father and daughter truly reconcile; he hands over the family seal and learns to trust.
In the end, evidence of Vincent and Scarpa's collusion is dug up, and the old order collapses. Moretti Holdings' logistics fund passes regulatory review and rings the bell at the New York Stock Exchange. Ava grows from an ordinary analyst driven out of her company into the "new voice of Wall Street," walking into a new life with her adoptive father Henry, her father Lorenzo, and her fiancé Adrian.
